Condition Notes: Slight separation/cracking of paint on the collar (please refer to the pictures) due to which most likely was caused by the backside that was painted completely black by the studio (to prevent sticking), and shrunk at a different rate than the actual paint that makes up the image.  The cel/paint is completely stable now. 

Description:  A rare Kurapika cel from the later part of the series with a much better animation quality!
