Description:  An awesome cel of Ariel and Sebastian in a suspenseful swimming scene, with an awesome level of detail and quality rarely seen in the TV version of The Little Mermaid and comes with a very rare pencil drawing!  It is also very interesting to see that the Disney Studio originally sold this for $440 plus tax, presumably over 20 years ago. Also there are some Japanese letters written on the background, indicating that this episode was animated by a Japanese studio and explaining why the cel is in Japanese size!
